What To Expect On Your Service Visit?

Your vehicle is a big investment, so it's important to maintain it through regular service appointments. Here's what you can expect when you bring your vehicle in for an appointment.

How To Prepare
First, you should check your owner's manual for service milestones or call us. Once we've figured out which services you need, book your appointment on our website or by phone. You'll also need to decide whether you'll be staying at the dealership or leaving the vehicle.

Arriving at the dealership
When you arrive, be prepared to give the service advisor your mileage records. Before you hand your vehicle over, remember to gather your belongings, such as your wallet, purse, work ID badge, and cellphone.
At this point, you can voice any concerns about your vehicle to the service advisor. Likewise, our staff may have some service recommendations. Since our technicians are manufacturer-trained experts on your vehicle, they may offer helpful suggestions to remedy your concerns or proactively address issues before bigger problems arise.

What happens during service
Routine maintenance typically consists of tire rotation, oil and filter changes, and various inspections. While the vehicle is being serviced, a technician might notice a hidden problem, like a worn-out hose or a fluid leak. If this happens, you'll receive a video documenting the issue and a text message asking if you'd like the part repaired. If you choose to have it repaired, your vehicle will be in the shop longer. However, if the issue isn't critical, feel free to schedule the repair at a later date.

Since our dealership has factory-trained technicians and access to high-quality original parts, it's a good idea to get the necessary repairs done at our dealership. Plus, we can handle all repairs and maintenance covered under your vehicle's warranty.

Whether you need service or routine maintenance, you can bring your vehicle to Mazda City of Orange Park for top-of-the-line care.
